As a Microsoft enabled college, we have been focusing on improving staff knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications. There are lots of different apps so how these all work and connect together can sometimes be hard to understand.
We have created a short video series called 'Which App' and these videos are hosted on Microsoft Stream. We publish a new video each week which provides a summary of the application, how to access it and what features it has.
Here's what one teacher said;
The WhichApp videos have really helped me to understand the different applications within Microsoft 365. I'm now using forms to assess my learners' progress. I particularly find the analytics part useful as this helps me to plan future lessons and address any skills and/or knowledge gaps.
These videos are approximately one minute long and have been warmly received by staff.
The videos are shared in our digital digests and we host follow-up Q&A webinar sessions via Microsoft Teams.
