Hi I am Julie Sinclair, a highly motivated professional with over 25 years experience in coaching, training and teaching in education. I am particularly interested in leading organisational change through embedding a coaching culture.With experience in the FE sector at senior management level , I work with leaders as a coach, mentor or critical friend to support staff well-being and improve the quality of education through solutions focused coaching and training .
I am a fully qualified ILM coach and have successfully set up coaching and digital coaching teams alongside a wide range of learning and development initiatives to improve the quality of teaching, learning and assessment and foster innovation.
As an experienced trainer I offer a range of engaging, creative and bespoke workshops on leadership and management, well-being and all aspects of the quality of education.
